She is survived by: her children, Chris Cantu of Lubbock, TX., Bonnie Acosta of Lamesa, TX., Sandy Ramon (Paul Ramon) of Lamesa, TX., Sarah Cantu of Lamesa, TX., Grace Almaguer (Lee Almaguer) of Midland, TX. and Sonya Vera (Chris Vera) of McKinney, TX.; and her siblings, Simon Alvarado Jr. of Odessa, TX., Magdalena Vasquez of Lamesa, TX., Nora De La Garza of Lamesa, TX., Amy Alvarado of Lamesa, TX., Teresa Martinez of Dallas, TX. and Barbara Alvarado of California. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; several relatives and friends.
