She was predeceased by: her parents, Reyes Rodriquez and Paulinar Rodriquez (Cavasos); her husband Raymond Vargas, Sr.; her son Raymond Vargas Jr.; her son-in-law Ronnie Rodriguez; and her siblings, Manuela Rios, Natalia Perez, Modesto Rodriguez, Sr. and Aurelio Rodriquez.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Rodriguez of Lamesa, Freddie Vargas, Sr. (Maria Alicia) of Lamesa, Lisa Gonzales (Albert) of Lamesa, Irma Ramirez (Robert) of Lamesa and Anthony Vargas (Brenda Gomez) of Grand Prairie; and her siblings, Janie Guzman, Oralia Rodriquez, Josie Garcia and George Rodriquez. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
