He is survived by: his daughters, Ava Pearl and Audrey Lynn; his mother Oueida Evelyn Squyers; his sisters, Rhetta Shultz and Kimberly Cox; his brothers-in-law, Bill Shultz and Kurt Cox; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Zeigler, Melanie Love, Jonathan Shultz, Christopher Cox, Megan Danna, Jessica Gray and Zachary Cox. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, as well as a host of friends.
