Thelma Box Ketner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Box Ketner of Lakeway, Texas, who passed away on March 5, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Peacock and Gwen Peacock; her children, Lisa Box Taylor, Eldon Dale Box Jr. and Gregory Todd Box; and her sisters, Elma Nunley and Gwenell Jones.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Box Davis and Melinda Ann Howell; her children-in-law, Terry Box, Steve Howell and Joe Davis; and her grandchildren, Gregory B. Davis, Steve Randall Howell Jr., Jennifer Henderson, Marc Western II, Gwendolene Nicole Perkins, Donya Sitzman, Jerry Dale Taylor, Eric Taylor, Meghan Wright, Cortney Diaz, Garet Box and Jordan Box. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.

She lived the motto of "Change the World One Heart at a Time."In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Thelma's name can be made to the Christian Relief Fund or Cal Farley Boys Ranch, both in Amarillo, Texas, or to In Touch Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia.
