She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jewel Hillard and Betty Pearce; her children, Liticia Merle Andres (Robert) of Georgetown, Mark O'Brian Herndon (Phillomina) of Jarrell and William Wayne Herndon, III (Missy) of The Woodlands; her grandchildren, Christina Lewis, David Riehle (Sarah), Ashley Francis (Tim), Stacy Gordon, Savannah Andres, William Wayne Herndon, IV, Steel Herndon, Magnus Herndon, Drake Herndon and Brighton Herndon; her great grandchildren, Jaime Lynn Riehle, Madalyn Francis, Gage Lewis and Julia Lewis; and her pets, Rain Herndon and Sassy Ann Herndon. She was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, a host of friends.
