She was predeceased by: her grandchild Leyna. She is survived by: her sister Maureen; her husband Bob; her children, Laura Mercer, Rob Gottschalk (Angela), Katie Sisk (Mike) and Billy Gottschalk; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Cole, Abbey, Carys, Truman, Anna, Julia, Devyn, Lily and Drew; and her great grandchildren, Aiden and Wesley.
She also loved reading, crosswords, playing bridge, traveling and volunteering at church for Bright Horizons- a group that offers care to adults with Alzheimer's/dementia.
