She is survived by: her husband John Pittman; her children, John Pittman, Cate Crane and Celia Staperfene; her son-in-law Adam Staperfene; her grandchildren, Hannah Pittman Miley (Johnny Miley) and Liam Pittman; her great grandchildren, Frances Mae and August Jack Miley; and her sisters, Marion McIntyre, Florence "Skipper" Warner and Lynda Harrison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center or the Cure Alzheimer's Fund.
