He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thelma Patterson and James Patterson; his children, Patrick Todd Patterson (Tracie Stovall Patterson) and Cari Anne Patterson Elliott (Vance Johnson Elliott II); his grandchildren, Cori Anne Elliott, Cailey Elizabeth Elliott, Patrick Hagen Patterson and Nicolas Chase Patterson; and his half-brother Jim Patterson.

“Pat had the greatest personality and was liked by everyone who knew him in the 1959 class at Jefferson High School. Hit wit and genuine love for friends followed him throughout his life. When he was diagnosed several months ago, he went with members of his family to get baptized again, knowing he had an uphill battle, and asked friends to pray for him. He will be missed so much.”

“Love to a special friend since we were four-years-old in kindergarten. We're proud members of the Jefferson High School Class of 1959, and lifelong friends. Pat cherished his relationship with his Lord and Savior Jesus, and loved his family and his friends more than life. I just picture him celebrating in Heaven with those who have gone before him. Pat will be missed, but he will always have a special place in my heart.”
