She was predeceased by: her parents, Syble Runnels (Havard) and Townsend W. Runnels; her husband Henry W. Spencer; her sisters, Vernell Rice and Townie Squyres; her niece Kathleen Garner; and her nephew Ron Rice (Jacob Waterman Spencer).
She is survived by: her daughters, Juanita (Lavonia Moore), Siba and Suzy; her sister Jeane McVicker; her niece Kathy Squyres; and her nephews, Robert, Noah McVicker, Gabe Spencer and Cocker Spaniel.
