He is survived by: his wife Carol Mozelle Culver Black; his children, Quentin Robert Black (Laura Lynn Kelly), Kenneth Roy Black (Margaret Karen Robinson) and Brenda Black; and his grandchildren, Amanda Black, Kevin Robert Black and Miranda Katherine Black.
