She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Gingo and Jo Gingo. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lombard; her children, Ashley, Jeremy Self, Wade, Kimberly Lombard, Lindsey and Derek Mills; and her sisters, Cherrie Niven and Denise Crutchfield. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren.
