She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Middleton and Pauline Middleton; and her son Daniel Shaun Dallas (Danny). She is survived by: her husband Gerald Dallas; her children, Michel (Mike), Dale (Libbie), Dennis Lee and Diane Dallas Turner; her grandchildren, Zachary Michel (Zach), Alexander Eli Dallas (Alex), Kaitlynn Tara (Kaity) and Dallas Justin Turner; and also, Charlynn, Tammi, Olga, Mary and Holli.
Carol battled through years of living with Parkinson's disease and is finally able to feel relief from the physical restrictions that disease had over her body the last several years.
