She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Fouts and Patsy Fouts. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Towell; her children, Shelly (Sam), Kelly (Rick), Marcy (Neil), Holly (Kemp), Kimberly (Alfred), Marie Bianca (Jeremy), Evan Joseph, Josh (Tara) and Daniel; her siblings, David (Ester), Nancy (Craig) and Susan; her stepfather Dale Cocklin; and her friend Barbara Canelas.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking a donation in Kathleen's name be made to Silver Sage Meals on Wheels, Bandera, Texas, online or at Grimes Funeral Chapels.
