We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2022, at the age of 99, Georgie Ida Holt Nuckles of Lakehills, Texas, born in Angleton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richard Holt and Ada Irene Mueller Holt; her husband Col. Lawrence D. Nuckles; her son Lt. Greg Nuckles (Pat Lawler); and her siblings, Ivers Holt, Cedric Holt, Oscar L. Holt, Laura Holt, Faye Kins, Alice Tilton and Mattie L. Stockton.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lee Fabling (Bob), Dee McCready (David), Carolyn Nuckles (Hazel), Tom Nuckles (Cheryl) and Keith Lawler (Lyrka). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; twenty-three great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
