Stephen Yardley Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Yardley of Lake Kiowa, Texas, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Stephen may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Yardley and Vera Yardley (Hadley). He is survived by: his wife Debra S. Yardley; his sons, Jeff, Shaun and Jason Yardley; his stepdaughter Crystal Spear; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Linda Yardley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
