He is survived by: his friends, Jim Best and Antonio Carrillo; his significant other Lyniea Faia Baker; his friend Episcopal Church; his daughters, Sandra (Frank Leavey) and Diana Demain; his grandchildren, Christopher Felder, Sarah Felder, Angel Demain-Leavey, Austin Zachary, Nichelle Lucky and Anna Prochazka; and his great grandchildren, Greyson and Adelyn McIntyre.

“This sympathy message is from John and Nancy Wakeman .We knew your parents is New Orleans and Cuba. Your Mom and Dad were both special people. I remember the year you went on a cruise with your Mom and Dad. after your Mom was ill. Your Dad felt your Mom enjoyed it. Your Dad's Christmas card was the first one we receiveed each year so we knew something had changed. I checked the funeral homes and found his obit. Again our sympathy.. We will miss his letters.”
