She was predeceased by: her parents, George Herford, Sr. and Winnie Townson Herford; her husband Roland Truman Jones; her son Wayne Slankard; her grandson Chuck Slankard; and her siblings, George Herford Jr., Ed Herford, Lamar Herford, Byron Herford, Jim Herford, Benny Herford, Henry Herford, Lloyd Herford, Winnie Walker, Elva Burlin and Betty Underwood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rolane Hardy of New Braunfels and Beverly Walker (Bob) of Harrison, AR; her grandchildren, Bryan Scanlan of Austin, Brandie Ingram (Bruce) of New Braunfels, Aaron Walker (Kathryn) of Austin and Christopher Walker (Amanda) of Longmont, CO.; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Brady Fischer of New Braunfels, Jasmine, Aurora, Jameson Walker of Longmont, CO., Madelyn and Hazel Walker of Austin; and her brother Walter Herford. She is also survived by loving cousins, nieces, nephews and countless dear friends.
