He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinn Alexander Hendrick and Floy England Hendrick; his wife Linda Ruth Woodard Hendrick; and his siblings, George and Nancy Hendrick.

He is survived by: his nieces, Krista Hendrick and Autumn French; his children, Michael Scott (Michelle), Christopher Lee (D'Anne) and Bethany Laurel (Stephen Sullivan); his grandchildren, Dylyn Nicolle Henderson (Zackary), Michael Quinn Hendrick (Kandice Kotzur), Callie Meredith Sullivan, Alyssa Nicole Sullivan, Leah Noelle Sullivan and Gabriel Noah Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Taylor Henderson and Jessa Mae Henderson; his brother Gene Hendrick (Renee); and his sister-in-law Debbie Allen (Roger).
