He is survived by: his spouse Marion Ann Barnes; his sister Barbara Diana Rodgers; his children, Bill Behr (Charla) and Barbara Rainey (Rick); his grandchildren, Robin Rainey Gann, Allison Behr Swientek, Nicole Behr Tarabay and Emily Behr Katsikas; and his great grandchildren, Dustin, Mary Gann, Kathryn, Emma Swientek, Elias, Adrian Tarabay, Madeline and Evan Katsikas.
