He is survived by: his spouse Kelly of Lake Jackson; his children, Victoria Merimon of New Mexico, Steven Kinkade (Christy) of New Mexico and Nicholas Merimon (Ashlee) of Lake Jackson; and his brother Rod Merimon (Pam) of Cypress. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
