She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Gilbert and Dorothy Farrow Hillers; her brothers, William F. Hillers and Frank Hillers; and her husband Raymond Wanieck Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Ranelle Hampy (Mike), Randy Wanieck (Pam) and Robin Ola (Johnny); and her grandchildren, Natalie Broaddus (Matt), Jackie Queen (Alex), Sarah Ensley (Josh), Katie Ola and Travis Ola.
