We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2018, at the age of 86, Mary Margaret Zelade (Lake Jackson, Texas), born in Macon, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother George W. Jones of Bloomington; her son-in-law Jeff Reid of Lake Jackson; and her brother John A. Jones. She is survived by: her husband Irving R. Zelade; her children, Richard (Diana Zelade) of Austin, Charles Zelade (Li Li) of Austin and Susan Reid; her grandchildren, Genny Reid (Zac Brown) of Livingston, Samantha Zelade of Austin, Andrew Zelade and Sandy Van Tang of Austin; and her great grandchild Reid Brown.
Donations may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church for their Empty Bowls project benefitting Brazosport Cares and the Food Basket, or to His Love Counseling Service.
