He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay; his children, Patricia Gant (Aaron), Larry Tomlin (Sherry) and Shelly Dodson; his grandchildren, Jaycob Merritt (Ashley), Kaytie Merritt, Destin Duke, Ashley Burch (Ethan), Amy Dodson, Aaron Dodson, Taylor Argento, Anthony Argento and Daniel Argento; his brothers, Eddie Forbes and Doyce Tomlin; his caregivers, Dana, Sarah and Tish; and also, Butch Kay and Ann Kay. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St Mary's Episcopal Church, West Columbia, Columbia Heritage Foundation, West Columbia, A Place for Grace, West Columbia, or Columbia Christian Senior Citizens' Center, West Columbia.
