He is survived by: his wife Karen Duke; his daughter Aprile Ulloa; his brother Daryl Duke; his granddaughter Lilyana Ulloa; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnne Sweeny and Bubba Autrey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
