It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William Kellogg Jr. (Lake Jackson, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Kellogg; his children, Saril White, Amy Fontenot (Kurt), Liz Royer (Todd) and Kenny White; his grandchildren, Marissa, Kenzie, Aeriann, Laura, James White, Mercy, Grace, Christian Fontenot and Tristan Royer; and his siblings, Wendy Hudson and Karol Conley. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
