We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2020, at the age of 82, Horace Rex Colvin of Lake Jackson, Texas, born in Bernice, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Colvin and Margie Colvin; his wife Lucy Lester; his parents-in-law, Ned and Verna Jack Lester; his nephew David Lester Moody; and his great-nephew Jonathan Unger.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kay Wright (Rick) and Carol Sheehan (Mike); his grandchildren, Angela Styron (Aaron), Amy Wright, Meghan Prokop (Ross) and Brian Sheehan (Amy); his great grandchildren, Carson Styron and Lincoln Prokop; his sister Violet Heath (Billy); and his sister-in-law Jane Moody (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
