With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Louise Kincannon of Lake Jackson, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna Knoepfli and Gottfried Knoepfli; her husband Lawrence Packard Jr.; her sons, Kim (Laurie) of West Columbia and Douglas (Alexa) of Lake Jackson; her stepsons, Lawrence Packard III (Genie) of Lake Jackson and Stephen Packard (Sherre) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Kyle Kincannon (Jenny) of West Columbia, Kent Kincannon (Chelsea) of Los Angeles, CA, Kate Kincannon-Huvar (Jared) of West Columbia, Kirby Luna (Ethan) of The Woodlands, Kellye Kincannon of Houston, Kathryn Packard Ellis (John) of San Antonio, John Packard (Aline) of The Woodlands, Andrew Packard (Courtney) of Lake Jackson, Matthew Packard (Rachel) of West Columbia and Steven Packard Jr. (Deanna) of Sugarland; her nieces, Karla Knoepfli of Norman, OK and Karen Knoepfli Buck of Houston; and her close friends, Sandra Weir, Dale Rasco, Shirley Gillman, C. W. Matteck and Rea Zylks.

Due to COVID, attendees are asked to respect social distancing protocols and wear masks.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Helen may be made to the charity of one's choice.
