She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie Ruth Potts and Jessie Delbert Cameron; her husband Douglas Wayne Pierce; her sister Debra Olen Cameron; her nephews, Felix A. Helveston and Cory Dean Cameron; and her grandson Augustine Jesus Faragoza.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Ilene Buchanan, Jessica Reba Pierce, Samantha Rene Pierce (Julie) and Darrell Wayne Buchanan Jr. (Jenny Buchanan); her brother Delbert Dewayne Cameron (Veronica Cameron); and her grandchildren, Brianna Zavala, Sierra Buchanan, Aimity Rackley, Ivy Rackley, Cirena Rackley, Brooke Buchanan, Sarah Buchanan, Megan Buchanan, April Faragoza, Alyssia Pierce, Alexas Faragoza, Kane Taylor and Hailey Taylor. She is also survived by Fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel (98 Dixie Dr, Lake Jackson, TX 77566). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
