He was predeceased by: his brother Roger G. Klingaman; and his stepson Wade Neumann of McAllen, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Libby Ann Klingaman (Linn); his children, Sydna Arnold (Ferris), Kary L. O'Hair (John) of Corpus Christi, Kimberly Love Klingaman of New Braunfels, Gary A. Klingaman, Jr. of Dallas, Steve Wise of McAllen and Ann E. Coe (Kenny) of Lake Jackson, Texas; his brother William J. G. Klingaman of San Antonio, Texas; and his child-in-law Love (Libby Ann). He is also survived by 18 Grand Children, and 13 Great Grandchildren.
