He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Walters and Carrie Lavata Walters; his brothers, Leland (Nita), Owen David (Clyda), Noel (Annie Mae), Michael (Pat) and Brian; his stepdaughter Sandra Brooks; his cousins, Samuel, Austin McKnight and Verdell McKnight Stifflemire; his nephew Steve Walters; his great-nephew Stevie Walters; his nieces, Kristan Walters, Karan Walters Mazie and Shannon Walters Kuykendal; and his close friend Eloise Penny.
He is survived by: his niece Teresa Walters Reupert (Fred); his nephew Glendon Walters (Ellen); his cousin Betty Johnston (Gary); his great-niece Becky Lewis Walters; his nieces and nephews, Randy, Michael, Daniel Walters, Jana Walters, Kelly Walters and Carrie Walters; and his niece-in-law Marilyn Walters.
