She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Paul and Josephine "James" Oliver Marshall; her siblings, Paula Gaines and Charlie Marshall; her former husband Francis Murphy; her daughters, Karen Murphy and Rhonda Poje; and her grandson Chad Brandt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Phillips (Jackie), Dawn Yntema (Steven) and Scarlet Hoogakker (Doug). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel (98 Dixie Dr, Lake Jackson, TX 77566). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
