It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Elizabeth Gilliam of Lake Jackson, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christena Hall and Robert Hall; her husband Robert Franklin Gilliam Sr.; and her daughter Julie Moradi. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shelley, Stephen Forse, Robbie, Bianca Gilliam, Matthew Gilliam and Allen Moradi; and her great grandchildren, James, Isabella, Ethan, Max, Bobby and Luke.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Lake Jackson (401 Yaupon St, Lake Jackson, TX 77566). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
