He is survived by: his mother Felipa Herrera of Freeport; his children, Daniel Herrera, Jr. of Freeport, Ryan Herrera of Humble, Cynthia "Cindy" Royston (Dominick) of Lake Jackson, Cassandra Aleman of Freeport, Jennifer Herrera (Lesly) of Freeport, Krystal Herrera (Robby) of Pasadena and Alexis Herrera of Pasadena; his brothers, Nino Herrera (Cindy) of Freeport, Alex Herrera (Delfilia) of West Columbia, Rudy Herrera of Richwood and Marcelino Herrera, Jr. of Fort Worth; and his close friend Arnold Damian of Freeport. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
