He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Calvin and Ida Calvin; his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Alvada Jubenville, William Calvin, Rowena Lewis, Sammy Calvin, Ella Bea Fitts and Betty Davis.
He is survived by: his former spouse Junior High; his children, Cathy Calvin Cook (Brent), Karen Calvin Abbe (Jeff) and Kenneth Calvin (Melanie); his grandchildren, Michael Cook, Kelsey Cook, Courtney Cook, Adam Calvin (Jamie) and Russell Calvin (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Rachel Calvin and Cooper Calvin; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Sloan (Denise) and Pat Holmgreen.
