He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Bilich and Sarah Bilich (Hill); his brother Henry Bilich; and his daughter Anne Louise Bilich. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Louise Wessel; his children, Sarah Bilich Cheesman (Shawn), Rachel Bilich Cloeter (Michael), Harold Bilich (Mika) and Monica Bilich Glauser; and his grandchildren, Andrew Cloeter, Matthew Cheesman, John Cloeter, Nathan Cloeter, Tanya Duhon (Chuck), Heidi Dressler (Paul), Samantha Bilich and Harold (Hal).
