He was predeceased by: his parents, William Payne and Louella Payne; and his daughter Jami (Rod). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; and his children, Rick (Ronna) of Ponder, Torey Moore of Irving, Kyle of Murray and Tobi (Scott) of Denton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, as well as countless friends.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Lake Cities United Methodist Church Food Pantry.
