She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Nabors and Golden Ann George Nabors; her brother Grover Lee Nabors; and her siblings-in-law, James Smith, L. D. Malone and Patsy Smith Frase.
She is survived by: her husband Don Smith; her sister Katie Nabors Malone; her brothers-in-law, Ricky Smith (Patricia) and Leland Frase; and her nieces and nephews, Lyn Dennis, DeeAnn Hamner, Julie Kay Swaim, Robert Nabors, Greg Moore, Michelle Moore, Shannon Smith Simpson, Cade Smith, Angela Smith and Rikki Smith Cooper. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins, beloved students, co-workers, special neighbors and friends.
