She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Stertz and Mickey Irene Sipes Stertz; her husband David Tessaro of Lake Brownwood; her children, Janet Lee Suhumskie of Missouri, Leomie Mae Shockley of Missouri and Adam Scott Tessaro of New York; and her siblings, Joan Irene Elliot of Colorado, Linda Reis of Missouri and John Allen Stertz. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
