He was predeceased by: his mother Nadine Prewitt; and his brothers, Danny Tarver and Steve Wetzel. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Prewitt of Lake Brownwood; his father Ben Prewitt of Brownwood; his stepsons, Jason Qualley (Ana) of The Woodlands, Ryan Qualley and Matt of Cypress; his grandson Karson Sherrin; and his sister Teresa Prewitt of Brownwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
