He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Jack" Edward Spinks, Sr.; his brothers, Cecil (Clifford Spinks) and Stevie Spinks; and his sons, Harley Spinks, Michael Spinks and Clifford "CJ" Jon Spinks.
He is survived by: his mother Alice Joyce Touchet; his son William Spinks; his daughter-in-law Joanie Spinks; his grandson Jackson Spinks; his brother Randy Spinks; his sister-in-law Candy Spinks; his sister Kristine Greenwade; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Greenwade and Lisa Spinks; and his extended family, Arthur, Olita, Jana, Jessica, Annie, Stevie, Karin, Jose, Jennifer and Jeremy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
