He is survived by: his children, Alex Thomas and Jennifer Thomas-Casarez (Carlos); and his siblings, Diane Dickey (Paul) of Harlingen, Keith Thomas (Andra) of Arlington and Tim Thomas (Sally) of Harlingen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
