He is survived by: his siblings, Emma Clara Dyer and Thelbert Millsap; his sister-in-law Rose Lopez; his children, Kathy Millsap, Donna Millsap and Kenneth Millsap; and his grandchildren, Kami Isaacks, Zachary Bond, Kenlye Altum, Justin Lara, Kayla Fisher, Cody Fisher, David Cobb, Nina Robuck and Corey Currence.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Slater Cemetery (11050 FM1783, Gatesville, TX 76528).
