He is survived by: his children, Philip Dennis Landrith and Terri Kay Landrith-Baetz (Stephen Ernest Baetz); his granddaughters, Nicole (David Kuhlman), Michelle Stewart (Matthew Dolney) and Amy (Bair Duchmann); his great grandchildren, Lillie Kuhlman, Jeremy Kuhlman and Alexander Dolney; and his sister Minney (Dean McKinney). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
