With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Lavonne Duncan (Ladonia, Texas), who passed away on January 12, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Richard and Opal Lee Nivens Portman; and her husband Clyde Edward Duncan. She is survived by: her children, David Duncan (Sherry) of Quitman, Michael Edward Duncan (Mickey) and Donna Mathis (Curtis) of Kaufman; and her grandchildren, Mikel Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Ami Duncan, Micah Duncan, Tonya Boykin and Colton Mathis. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
