He is survived by: his wife Belinda Keith; his children, Kennady Jewel Keith and Levi Thomas Keith; his parents, Kim Sykes (Pack) of Stephenville, Texas and Tommy Keith (Charlotte) of Bluff Dale, Texas; his siblings, Blake Keith of Bluff Dale, Randy Fowler of Hico, Misty Hoffman of Hico and Heather Fowler of Brownwood; and his brother-in-law Mark Blackwell of Hamilton, Texas. He is also survived by his Brothers and Sisters in Blue; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
