He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Frazier and Lois Frazier (Smart); his siblings, Mary Lou Surfus, Jack Frazier, James Frazier and Marvin Frazier; and his son Shane Minnix Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Nora E. Frazier; his children, Lisa Stone (Jack), Kelly Westbrook (Randy), Thomas Frazier, Jr. and Lawrence Frazier (Mary); his sister Pamela Saulters; and his grandchildren, Amy Burkett (William), Samantha Westbrook, Sabrina Helpert (Kevin), Julianne Foehr (William), Rachel Yglecias (Louis), Caleb Frazier (Sydney Collier), Zachary Frazier, Emily Frazier and Kendall Eastland. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
