With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Lynn Skinner of Lacy Lakeview, Texas, born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on February 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Kemp and Rosalie Kemp; and her brother Ronney Kemp. She is survived by : her daughters, Doris Richardson (Jerry) of Mart and Robin Westerfield (Jerry) of Lacy Lakeview. She is also survived by four siblings, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
