He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kaupert and Marie Kaupert. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Williams Kaupert; his children, Melissa Doege and William "Bubba" Kaupert III (Amanda); his grandchildren, Bryan Kaupert, Alena Doege, Matthew Weichold and Caden Doege; and his sister Donna Poppe (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
