He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Bo Green and Ashley Green (Cristina); his grandchildren, Tayte, Layne Green and Kenna Maynarich; his mother-in-law Eva Nell Stewart; his siblings, Alan Green (Paula), Neal Green (Michele) and Patty Lapsley (Kelley Crooks); his sisters-in-law, Judy Troutman and Jana Green; his nephews, Josh Troutman (Monica), Scott Lapsley (Brandi), Colton Green and Davis Green (Ashley); and his niece Lauren Green. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
