He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Smith and Mary Dulin. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Smith; his sons, Jeremy (Amy), Cody (Kristina) and Alexander; and his sister Janis Bordovsky (Mike). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
